Always Marsha was created as an online source to reach out to others in need of a friend.

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations we never thought would happen to us, and when we do, we find that it is comforting to talk to someone about it.

Perhaps this friend will give us their advice on the situation and help us to figure out what it is we really want or should do about it.  When your friend listens to your story and hears only your side, he/she tries to relate and put themselves in your shoes.  Because this friend is online and a stranger only trying to help, the advice given will be unbiased and perhaps make us look at things in a way we normally would not have.
